By May 31, 2024, Kyiv Polytechnic must elect representatives to participate in voting in the rector’s election.
Currently, the composition of the election organizing committee and the composition of the election commission have already been formed. They will ensure control of the legal and procedural foundations of the election process, its transparency and democracy. We would like to remind you that according to the order of the Ministry of Education and Culture, the election of the rector will be held on June 11, 2024. Powers of the current rector of KPI named after Igor Sikorsky will end on July 8, 2024.
The algorithm for nomination of candidates has been approved. The labor collective can nominate an unlimited number of candidates for the post of rector. Candidates are recommended to be elected by secret ballot. Labor groups have two months to nominate candidates. The algorithm for nominating applicants can be found in the order.
